Our Second Annual Healing Gathering for Women
Beauty for Ashes 2nd Annual Conference 2026
This Year We Gather In Person
Saturday, September 19, 2026
Anne Arundel County | Millersville, MD 21108
“To give them beauty for ashes, the oil of joy for mourning, the garment of praise for the spirit of heaviness.” Isaiah 61:3 (NKJV)
I am not going to tell you that you just happened to land on this page. I think you already know why you are here.
God did not write that promise for women who had it all together. He wrote it just for you and me. That promise is still active. And this gathering was created with you in mind.
This is your invitation. A room where you do not have to explain yourself. Where you will not be rushed. Where you do not have to walk this journey alone anymore. This room was created just for you and women like you. And there is a seat created just for you.
September 19 is coming. Your seat is waiting.
This Conference Is for You
I know what it is to love God with everything you have and still be on this journey. To pray, to serve, to believe, and still feel like healing is for everyone but you. That question is real. And this space was built because of it.
Beauty for Ashes is rooted in what God’s Word says about healing. Healing was finished at the cross. This gathering is about helping you walk out what is already yours, in community, surrounded by women who understand because they are walking it too.
Something happens when a woman stops carrying her story alone. This gathering was built for that moment.
Every woman who has walked through sexual trauma is welcome here. Your willingness to show up is the only thing that determines your seat at this table. And everything we do in this space is grounded in the Word of God.
You have already been walking. This is not your starting line. It is your next step forward. This room was created with you in mind and this is your open invitation to walk in and join women who are walking the same healing journey.
Where the Healing Journey Is Welcomed Into the Room
I got tired of being told to choose. Choose the clinical or choose the biblical. What I knew then and what I know now is that a woman walking through the impact of sexual trauma needs both. That is why this ministry exists. And that is why this conference exists.
Still On The Journey Ministries, formerly Journey to Healing Ministries, was built on one conviction. No woman should have to walk through this alone. And no woman should ever have to choose between her faith and her healing.
There is something that happens in a room where every woman present understands the weight you walked in carrying. Where nobody has to explain themselves. Where the Word of God is not used to rush your healing but to walk alongside it. Where you can finally exhale.
Beauty for Ashes 2nd Annual Conference is that room.
A space built with care, with knowledge, with lived experience, and with the woman who has been carrying this in silence at the center of every decision.
Women who have kept walking even when the road was hard. Women who know what it cost to keep believing. Women who are ready to stop carrying this in silence and discover what becomes possible when they do not have to anymore.
You have already come so far. This gathering honors the journey you have already been on and invites you to keep going.
Come As You Are
We are not asking you to have it together before you walk through the door. You do not have to perform. You just have to show up.
There is something that happens in a room where worship is not a performance but a release. Where teaching is rooted in Scripture and lived experience not theory. Where you are given space to sit with what surfaces without being rushed past it. Where the woman sitting next to you understands in a way that does not need explaining.
The day moves through three sessions designed to meet you where you are and walk you somewhere deeper. Each one builds on the last. Not in a way you will necessarily see coming. But in a way you will feel by the time the day closes.
And it closes with a release. A moment created specifically for what you came in carrying. Because the load you have been carrying was never meant to be yours to carry alone. That is what Jesus came and died for.
Ministry support is available throughout the day. Sharing is welcomed but never required. This is a safe space to simply be present and let God do what only He can do.
Whatever you carry into this room, this space was built to hold it and give you the opportunity to leave it there.
Just women on the journey and a God who has never left a single one of us.
Whenever you are ready, your seat is waiting.

Where This Began — Beauty for Ashes 2025
I will be honest with you. I did not know what to expect from that first gathering. What I knew was that women needed a space where the biblical and the clinical could finally sit in the same room together. Even if that room was virtual. And when they did, something shifted that I was not fully prepared for.
Women logged on carrying what they had been holding sometimes for years. Quietly. Alone. The way you carry something when you have convinced yourself that nobody else would understand. And then they found themselves in a virtual space full of women who understood completely. No explanation needed. No editing their story to make it easier for someone else to hear.
Something releases in a woman when she realizes she is not the only one. When the weight she has been managing alone suddenly has somewhere to land. That is what happened that day. And the women who were there will tell you that something was different than before.
That was year one. Screens and wifi and women showing up from across the world carrying this.
This year we gather in person. September 19 is that gathering in Millersville, MD, less than 30 minutes from Annapolis, Baltimore, and Washington, DC.

Be Part of What God Is Already Moving
Still On The Journey Ministries exists because no woman should have to walk through the impact of sexual trauma alone and no woman should ever have to choose between her faith and her healing. That is the mission. That is what every conference, every resource, and every gathering is built on.
Registration is kept intentionally affordable because cost should never be what stands between a woman and her next step. Your giving helps make sure it never is.
If this mission aligns with what you believe in, there is a place for your support here.
Individuals and businesses are welcome to give through Buy Me A Tea. Every contribution makes a difference.
