Living the Journey, Rising Together
A free virtual Christian healing community for women, offered by Still On The Journey Ministries
You have been carrying the weight of what happened alone long enough.
“To console those who mourn in Zion, to give them beauty for ashes, the oil of joy for mourning, the garment of praise for the spirit of heaviness.” Isaiah 61:3 NKJV

This is a ten week healing journey for women, walked step by step through Journey to Heal by Crystal M. Sutherland, led by Minister Jane Coy. Most resources out there either feel too generic to touch what you have actually lived through, or too clinical to feel like anyone really sees you. This is neither. This is a safe, Scripture rooted space, built specifically for women healing from sexual trauma, at a pace that honors where you are right now rather than where a program expects you to be.
This group is open to any woman, wherever she is in her own faith. The foundation of this community, and the book this group is built on, is rooted in the Word of God, so come as you are.
What This Space Offers
- A quieter, more grounded rhythm in your week
- Scripture that feels personal, not academic
- Room to reflect without pressure or expectation
- Complete privacy in how much or how little you share
- A sisterhood of women who already understand
- Faith woven gently into your life rather than kept separate from it
Grounded in a Trusted Resource
Journey to Heal was written by Crystal M. Sutherland, a survivor of childhood sexual abuse herself. The book has become a trusted resource in Christian sexual abuse recovery communities and carries endorsements from licensed counselors specializing in abuse recovery.
“A clear pathway through the muck toward wholeness and health.”
— Mary DeMuth, author of Not Marked
“Can help you reject shame and discover God’s love and care.”
— Michael Prasse, MACC, LPC, counselor specializing in abuse recovery
“I highly recommend this book to anyone who is ready to be set free.”
— Debbie Hancock, cofounder and executive director of Compassion to Act
A Companion for the Journey (Optional)
Alongside the book, a companion journal walks with you through each step, closing with a time set aside to celebrate how far you have come. This is entirely optional and never required to participate. Both the digital PDF version ($5) and the hardcover version ($18) are coming soon.
