Refunds, Returns & Order Policies
Every product offered through Still On The Journey Ministries is created with purpose and prayer. Our resources are designed to support your healing journey, and we are committed to honoring your investment with integrity. Please review the policies below carefully before placing your order.
Digital Downloads
All digital products including journals, guides, and PDF resources are non-refundable. Because digital files are delivered and accessible immediately upon purchase, all sales are final. This is standard practice for digital products.
Each digital purchase includes 3 downloads and expires 30 days after purchase. Please download and save your file promptly to avoid losing access.
If you experience a technical issue accessing your download, please contact us and we will work to resolve it promptly.

Physical Products
All physical products offered through Still On The Journey Ministries are made to order. Because each item is produced specifically for you, we do not accept returns or exchanges for buyer’s remorse or sizing issues.
We stand behind the quality of every item. Replacements will be issued for products that arrive damaged, defective, or incorrectly produced, subject to the conditions below.
Replacement Eligibility
To be considered for a replacement, the following conditions must be met:
- The item must be unused and in its original condition
- Clear photographic evidence of the damage, defect, or misprint must be provided
- Your claim must be submitted within 7 days of confirmed delivery
- All claims must be submitted to orders@sotjmin.org for review and approval before a replacement is processed
Apparel and Printed Items
Replacements are available for items that arrive misprinted, damaged during shipment, or defective. Items must be unworn and accompanied by photos of the issue. Replacements are not available for sizing preferences or change of mind.
Diffusers
Due to the nature of our Ministry Mood Diffusers, opened diffusers cannot be resold and are considered final sale. Replacements are available only for diffusers that arrive damaged during shipment or are defective straight out of the box. The item must be unopened and accompanied by photographic evidence of the damage or defect.
Books and Printed Resources
All printed books and booklets are produced to order and cannot be returned. Replacements will be considered for items that arrive damaged, defective, or incorrectly produced. Photographic evidence is required and claims must be submitted within 7 days of confirmed delivery.
Order Cancellations
Because all orders are made to order and sent to production quickly, cancellations are only accepted within 2 hours of placing your order. After that window, your order has likely entered the production process and cannot be changed or cancelled.
To request a cancellation within that window, contact us immediately at orders@sotjmin.org. Please include your order number and full name in your message. Cancellations are not guaranteed once production has begun.
How to Submit a Claim
All replacement requests must be approved by the ministry before any action is taken. To submit a claim, email orders@sotjmin.org with the following:
- Your full name
- Order number
- Description of the issue
- Clear photos of the damaged, defective, or incorrect item
We will review your request and respond with next steps. Please allow adequate processing time for your claim to be reviewed.
